The Wilson Center is seeking abstracts from graduate students for its 7th annual paper competition on urban poverty in the developing world. The competition topics are:
Climate Change: Cities are grappling with the impacts of a changing climate
Arrival Cities: Responding to Migrants and Refugees
Innovation in Urban Planning
Financing Sustainable Urban Development
The grand prize winner will receive a travel stipend to attend Habitat III, the United Nations Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development, in Quito. For more information, visit the Wilson Center website. Applications close 15 May 2016.
