ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability is a global movement, network and association of local governments, including 12 meg-cities, 100 super-cities, 450 large cities and urban regions and 650 small and medium-sized cities in 80 countries. ICLEI acts as the focal point of the Local Governments and Municipal Authorities (LGMA) constituency to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) since 1995, and leads the Local Government Climate Roadmap process since 2007.
